Phil’s Pick 21 is a unique design that features filigree lace top skirt panels in black leather inlaid over top of natural leather giving this saddle a one-of-a-kind three-dimensional lace look.  It is tooled in our most popular Western Oak tooling pattern and features oversize 45 degree cornerplates with an ornate, three-dimensional beaded edge concho.
